Mass Commercial Cleaning, Inc. is a MA based commercial cleaning company founded in 1989. Our company has grown from a two-person start-up to over one hundred employees. In 2021, MCC transitioned to employee ownership after the retirement of its founders. Today, we are an employee-owned company where all employees receive company shares and participate in profit distribution.
We have had many years in commercial cleaning, floor, carpet and window maintenance, as well certified in clean room and IT data storage room federal standards. We are members of ISSA and utilize the Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS) and environmentally preferable cleaning products.
Kristin Borynski: Supply Manager. Kristin joined MCC in 2013 as a cleaner. She currently ensures all our employee owners have the proper supplies and equipment to do their job. Her attention to detail and communication is critical to the smooth running of our operation.
Katerina Cai: President MCC. Katerina is responsible for overall company growth and profitability. She joined the company in 2022 to lead the transition to employee ownership from 20 years of experience leading strategy & operations in various industries.
Alberto Castaneda: Project Manager / Emergency Call Manager. Alberto has been with the company since 2019. He manages the advanced cleaning specialists to complete project work above and beyond the day-to-day cleaning tasks.
Brand Figueroa: Quality Control Manager. Brandy started with MCC in 2017. He owns training and quality control for our Western Massachusetts customers. His enthusiasm on the job and relationship with the employee owners is important to maintain quality service.
Bill Hickman: General Manager. Bill joined MCC as a part-time cleaner in 1999. He brings with him an extensive background in quality control and health and safety administration. Bill runs a precise operation and has excellent communications skills for dealing with both customers and employees.
Paula Moreno: Quality Control Manager. Paula has taken on a variety of roles in MCC, from cleaner to site lead to currently QC manager for our Central MA customers since joining in 2020. Her professionalism and dedication to our customers is a crucial part to our success.
Charles Thurman: Operations Manager. Charles joined MCC in 2000; in that time, he has worked his way through the ranks to become the operations manager for Central MA. His work ethic is an inspiration to those who work with him, he truly leads by example.
Christine Thurman: Office Manager. Christine keeps the lights on in our office by ensuring bills are sent out on time and correctly. She is often the first point of contact for our customers and employee owners. Her professionalism and courteous manner are virtues we could not do without.
