Floor refinishing is a multi-step process that requires drying time between coats. We typically perform this service overnight or over the weekend, so the floors are completely cured before foot traffic resumes.
Depending on the floor porosity and your desired level of gloss, we typically apply three to five coats of high-quality, commercial-grade finish.
To protect your new finish, we highly recommend implementing a routine floor care program that includes daily dust mopping, damp mopping with a neutral cleaner, and periodic high-speed burnishing to maintain the shine.
